- How can I check the status of an order placed online?
Orders placed online are usually processed within 2 business days, unless there is a holiday. All orders will receive shipping information delivered to the email address used when placing the order. You can use the tracking number to track the order online. We ship with either USPS or UPS
- How can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped, you may send us an email requesting to cancel the order. Orders that have already been shipped will need to be returned to us after you receive the order. Send us an email at email@example.com for assistance.
- How do I include a gift message?
With any gift order, we will be happy to include a personalized gift message. Please include that with any notes during checkout.
- How long can my purchase be kept frozen?
We recommend enjoying products within 3 months. When kept wrapped in an air tight container or bag, they can last up to 6 months. We cannot guarantee the quality of items held for longer than 3 months in the freezer.
- Can I prepare my order in the microwave?
Most of our products must be baked, broiled, fried or grilled. Cooking instructions are included on all items and are also available to view on our website.
- How can I request a donation?
As a Baltimore based company, we are proud to say we give back directly to our community. All donations are made to the Maryland Food Bank. We regret that we cannot fulfill requests for donations of gift certificates or food items for any charities or fundraisers.
- What is the transit time for my order?
Media (DVDs) and books will be shipped via media mail. Transit time is approximately 7-10 days. Orders weighing less than 1 pound are shipping via USPS First Class. Orders weighing between 1-1.5 pounds are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail with transit time between 1-3 days. Items over 1.5 pounds are usually shipped either USPS or UPS ground. Transit time is usually 5 days.
