Shipping & Ordering
Delivery dates may be impacted by volume, extreme weather conditions, a delayed shipping due to COVID-19. If delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us so that we may track the order.
We offer free shipping with every order. Expedited shipping may be requested by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an additional fee.
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO/AE addresses.
We ship Monday – Friday. We ship all orders within 2 business days.
Because we hold inventory in multiple distribution centers, final delivery may arrive in multiple boxes and at different times.
- Products ordered together may be shipped separately
- We are unable to guarantee time of day for delivery
- We do not require a signature for release
Shipping Delays: We try our best to ship ASAP so your packages arrive as soon as possible. Due to continued demands with USPS and UPS, we ask for your patience if the order arrives later than expected.
When Your Order Arrives:
Be sure to check for any damages that may have occurred during transit so that we may fix any issues with your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Resolution of reported issues may include replacement of the product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund. If we require a shipment to be picked up and returned to our office, the customer must make the product available in good condition and in the original container or the refund will not be honored. We cannot accept returns of perishable food.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:
- Orders that are refused when the delivery attempts are made
- Orders that are redirected by customer
- Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses
- Orders that are sent to recipients not available to accept packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives
